The app has been crashing and not functioning for the past month or so. The developers need to fix it asap!

Don't even think about travelling by this airline. They will change the flight timing without informing you, and when you reach there for boarding at the airport, they will not allow you to board. This all happened with me at Lhr airport 2 days ago. Worst airline & stupid management in my 10 years travelling history.
