Good App Update: it's good to see that AC is taking a procative approach to reply to issues. I can confirm that the app now works well... ORIGINAL POST: So it OK when it works. 90℅ of the time it does not work. It states no network access... Both data and wifi are on. I don't expect much from Air Canada anyway!!! Nice try!!!
Does What They Want Does I want but not what I want. That's typical of apps, unfortunately. What I want is an app that finds and lists all my future flights without my having to find and enter each and every one myself. After all, I'm signed in and given them my loyalty number, so I would expect they would know all that info and list it here. Yes this app does lots of things, but just not the most obvious requirement and what I happen to want. I'd have left feedback on the app itself, but that function is bizarre.
Good, needs polish It works, and delivers as advertised so that's a great start. A few improvements, we're all used to tiles now so get rid of the flight attendant picture and make use of that space. On check in it would be nice if it would populate the frequent flyers program. It fills in everything else but that.....odd
It's ok You need to be able to get access to your Altitude account and review status, buy e upgrades etc. Doesn't make much sense at the moment to have these in two different places, the app would help consolidate these. Also, the check-in screen once your checked in, should take you back to the home screen, at the moment it asks you to quit or close then takes you back to the check-in.
Useless Can't check in via the app. Waste of time. Get with it AC it's 2017! This is just unacceptable. The website has more functionality than the app. What the heck?!? As if you paid a programmer to make this.
No access to boarding pass? Not only did the booking agent originally get my info wrong, but I cannot access my boarding passes. Navigation is terrible - the UI blows.
