Ratings and reviews

Hidden costs / misleading price. I bought a package that was listed at 3 USD and paid almost 3.5. Nowhere does it say about extra costs. Checked again and again for fine print and can't find it. No way to tell how much data you have left, when does the esim expire, etc. in the app. Connection was decent. Wouldn't use it again. Reply to dev: what solution? I'm not using it anymore. This is a joke reply, one week after my review, just to say something. Improve the service for other people!

eSIM is generally working in NYC. I bought a variety and they are working in most places. Ping is quite high, suggesting that the server might be somewhere far away (I think Europe) and some services, such as Hulu, deny access for this reason. Even if icon shows a 5G connection, speed may be limited to 30-50Mbps - very useable for basic use. The app is good for buying and paying for eSIMs but not much else. It only lists bought eSIMS, not the installed ones and there is no traffic metering.

Tried their free100MB trial plan, it wasn't really free, they do charge you ~$0.50. Also, the service here in Canada was very poor, very slow download speeds and it took my phone a while to get connected to a network. Won't recommend. Tried esim4travel right after and I seem to be liking it better.
