Literally cannot even login. this is the most frustrating app I have ever used. It says invalid OTP when I enter the correct one, and even doesn't let me login using the password, the page just freezes. I booked a flight through the web and am trying to use the app for managing/checking in, etc., but it is completely useless.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Air India Express. Firstly, the Air India Express mobile app repeatedly crashed while I was trying to book a pre-meal option for my flight. Despite multiple attempts, the app failed to function properly, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. To resolve the issue, I contacted customer support. absolutely worst Airline and absolutely worst app. A simple check in is so difficult, even with wifi connectivity. I had to try 6 - 7 times before I could check in. And, then a meal which was booked through Corporate booking got disappeared. I didn't even know of this until the crew in flight refused meal flat out despite having Corporate booking.
