Literally cannot even login. this is the most frustrating app I have ever used. It says invalid OTP when I enter the correct one, and even doesn't let me login using the password, the page just freezes. I booked a flight through the web and am trying to use the app for managing/checking in, etc., but it is completely useless.

I am not sure, why the app is so primitive? Even after logging in, it still shows 'log in' on top, instead of, customer name. It seriously needs development in terms of usability. If I am traveling with an infant, 'traveling with' drop down never works, which forces me to use, website over laptop or use travel portals. How often is the app used by app developers to book tickets for themselves?

Very bad app and website. Too confusing and bad UI to understand. Plz work on your UI UX, and decrease the load time for each screen. Even when I try to download my boarding pass after checkin, there are lot of bugs where is downloads 2 copies of same person, even if 2 different people are present in the ticket.
