Literally cannot even login. this is the most frustrating app I have ever used. It says invalid OTP when I enter the correct one, and even doesn't let me login using the password, the page just freezes. I booked a flight through the web and am trying to use the app for managing/checking in, etc., but it is completely useless.

worsted application waste of time not working.very bad. not responding any command...... please solve it The application has two issues: the login does not work properly at the beginning. Also, when I search for a flight destination, the flight results/list do not appear; it directly redirects me to the login page instead. when want to fill my details the page is not scrolling. I hope you will solve this issues. thanks

I booked a flight ticket, but due to autofill mode, my father's name was left out. When I emailed them back to add my father's name, they told me to cancel the ticket and are demanding a fee of 32 KWD. In my view, this is an extremely terrible experience. I faced a similar issue with them last time as well. I have never seen such a poor customer service center among airline companies. Even though that previous experience happened four years ago, I came back hoping there would be some improvement
