I like the "scan the receipt" option, but the app ALWAYS crashes when you try to submit a scanned receipt. It usually takes 7 or 8 tries before you can get it to work. This has been happening off and on for months. I wish the Air Miles people would fix this problem once and for all. And, yes, I cleared the cache every time like this broken app tells me to do.

This app gets worse with every update, opt in to get an offer while ur already signed in the app, it redirects you to a website to put in your username and password and then tells you it's incorrect. If I'm already signed-in in the app makes no sense. Tried at scan a receipt and then a permission pop-up, for my storage for me to scan a receipt, I can't upload a picture from my storage so why do you need access? Latest update wants to keep phone from sleeping,etc running down my battery..ummm no.

It worked fine until the last update. Now, when I try to scan a receipt, it just shows me a black screen. I absolutely hate that the only support options are a chat bot or telephone. My issue is too technical for a chat bot and I'm hard of hearing and hate making phone calls. Accessibility score 0
