There are some inconsistencies in data display and occasional holes in data sampling. These kind of bugs raise questions about whether there are hidden bugs in data capture. Also, they have an option for turning off 'offers, news and tips', but they still show ads for their products in the app when this is turned off. The app unnecessarily requires Internet access to work, a big problem for me. There is no app option for data download, you must use their website for that.

Hi there, there can be a small delay in the app vs the screen of the device since the data must be sent to the cloud before it is shown on the app. Additionally, we are aware of the occasional data gaps in sampling and are working on a fix for this as we speak. the old app was just fine, and I miss it. ever since the upgrade, i can not activate the glow light anymore to distinguish devices. they have a glow light button, but its not working, reaching out didn't help, the just referred me to the same instructions. Also, can not reorder devices in device list. can not export data. the app does allow free access to devices, otherwise they would be useless pucks. this review is for the app, not the devices themselves.

Why is syncing so damn hard. Come on people this is a primary feature that should be bullet proof. You need to set up rigorous testing after even the most minor software changes to make sure everything is perfect. Your customers use many Bluetooth devices and know what a normal pairing experience is supposed to be. when I read all of the customer debugging you expect when a device will not connect, I do not think you are being reasonable. do not make this our problem.
