this star only for the first time I used this app for labour. the idea of this app is great but no one have any responsibility ( no customers service or labourers). when you booking what service you want, they show for you who will came and time you booking. later no one came to you. even if you try to call customers service ( they said they need 60 minutes to any labourers to arrived) and no one came.

After submitting the request, it gives a message that the request time has expired. Repeated several times and when you ask for help, he says we can't serve you!

Great app that provides quick and professional services. I got a very quick response on my request; I needed to replace my water heater unit and app took care of purchasing the unit and installing it in a timely manner. I will be using the app in the future for sure.
