Ratings and reviews

The app worked great for the first month, now I don't receive any notifications even though push notifications are turned on. Cameras doesnt pick up most things and if they do, it's when something is already in the middle of the frame or the recording is before something enters the frame and takes up the recording time. Forget trying to record anything at night. The cameras are unable to display nighttime vision. I'm tempted to disconnect the cameras and go back to the $30 Tapo from Amazon

The quality of video, a person gets from this system. Especially at night. Is terrible I have motion lights everywhere the cameras identify objects poorly, especially at night if they have no light help. The cameras are obsolete. And were before installing. Seeing the system beforehand and the quality of the images would have been great before I saw the contract. When I printed it out and found out I was. To my surprise in a 5-year term! 2½ years to go for an outdated system. It was old in 2021!

New app does not notify me when my camera picks up something in my yard. I went to the notification settings and it lets me toggle the notifications from all of my door sensors and motion sensors but not my front camera. I just changed the notification sensitivity to high whatever that means so hopefully that fixes the problem. Also the camera itself misses a lot. Often times somebody will pull into my driveway right in front of my camera and it straight up does not record it. Expensive+sub-par
