Since the March 13th update I haven't been able to log in using the app. I've been able to log in online but not through the app. I changed my password a few times thinking it was a password issue, as it always says "wrong password" but I then realized it's just a app issue

The Public Mobile service was good, the app good, the price great! My issue is not having Wi-Fi Calling available, an important feature for the area I live in. I have left Public Mobile because of that, but would gladly come back when the feature is available.

I love public mobile prices and phone service but their website can't seem to handle the amount of traffic wanting to navigate on it. Therefore it's extremely frustrating getting customer service or changing anything (like today trying to get to where supposedly I can set up biometrics under my profile. Perhaps Telus does this purposely so you'll switch to koodos plans which I see they are now promoting on the app. I stay with them for their prices but their app sucks
