BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!! The app didn't work/eSim wouldn't work. Without being able to activate the esim, you can't see anything else. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU! Customer service finally cancelled the charges for me, because I cannot even see the account. But they refused a refund because the "service was active". I never had a phone number with them, but they charged me full price and then wouldn't refund anything even though their system locked me completely out. ANY other service is better.

Account will not work. Tried logging in to a fresh install and it does not recognize my username and password. They are copied character by character from my PC that was logged into public mobile. So now I cannot download an esim for my new device. About to change providers because I can't use the app to get an esim, and the website forces me to use the app to get the esim.

this is by far the worst phone service I've ever had in my life! don't even bother trying to go to their website for support, it will do nothing more than put you in a loop for hours. it's been 6 hours that I'm signing in, being given a 6-digit email, pressing the button connect in order to be told to sign in again. if you can live without text messages, go ahead and fill your boots!
