BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!! The app didn't work/eSim wouldn't work. Without being able to activate the esim, you can't see anything else. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU! Customer service finally cancelled the charges for me, because I cannot even see the account. But they refused a refund because the "service was active". I never had a phone number with them, but they charged me full price and then wouldn't refund anything even though their system locked me completely out. ANY other service is better.

I'm sure if you're not trying to port your number over here or trying to use the data you pay for this place is okay. But yeah if you want basic services for anything, this place ain't it. somehow, this has been a worse experience then phonebox so far.

Account will not work. Tried logging in to a fresh install and it does not recognize my username and password. They are copied character by character from my PC that was logged into public mobile. So now I cannot download an esim for my new device. About to change providers because I can't use the app to get an esim, and the website forces me to use the app to get the esim.
