please remove the pop-up screen when the app is launched, regarding the public rewards. everyone knows about it at this point, so it's annoying to have that unnecessary pop-up. TELUS: remove the pop-up. Also, like others have said, I frequently have to delete the app data cache, in order to see the accurate amount of my plan data used. Your app sucks 👎

Not good. Prepaid should be able to change any subscribe plan. Very useless, they want to to pay before change to different plan. No option to cancelled current the plan. Also can't transfer number to other providers, contact them. No response. They only show the highest plan *1

I like Public Mobile, but will probably have to leave them over the buggy and broken APP. It loops, gives no option but Self serve ( or choose another carrier), a month has gone by and still the App isn't working. The App developers don't read their feedback or respond to Customer Service requests. Sadly bringing a good Phone service to its knees. Are you hiring Technicians, because the Broken App is turning away recommendations. No replies from App developer. Recommend another App
