I want to be able to select a section of my bill and see the details for charges, otherwise I have to go to the website which makes this app redundant. Would also be nice if you had an account balance tab that updates so I don't have to go to the website again.
I cannot get this app to work for the last few months. Previously it was fine. Uninstalled multiple times to try to get it to work. Telus appears unaware of the problem.
Bill payment is back, but this app is obviously made by a Telus placement student. Things to improve: numeric fields, such as entering a credit card number, should raise the numeric keyboard, not the plain one. The app should validate that only numbers are entered into those fields. It does not. When a credit card payment errors out because non numeric fields ended up in the CC field due to the lack of validation, it should not continually try to resubmit the bad details. That last problem is a user flow problem. In short: QA your app before you release it. This is NOT a difficult task to do. Telus should be embarrassed.
It would be nice if this app kept my account logged in. It's starting to get really annoying any time I want to check my usage. I do have the "remember me" box checked
For a company that makes so much money, why can it not actually work at the bare minimum. I can not wait until you people crash and burn and actual customer service becomes a harsh reality once again.
Easy to use. I can easily check data usage to ensure no unexpected costs. Super easy to add extra data if needed. View Bill's. You can link accounts such as business and personal with one log in. Solid app and Telus continues to make the user experience better with each update.
