The app is ok for seeing your usage but full of ads trying to sell you services. I would like to log in and be able to see what plan I have and what is included. Try to find that, it's next to impossible. Maybe try to make an app that is actually useful and not just a marketing tool. When I try to log in on the web it says to open the Telus app for a code but there never once has been a code even though I have two factor authentication set up, so i am unable to log in on the web. Frustrating

The app login does not work. i tried to sign in with my new phone and it doesn't work. however, when I logged off on my old phone, and try to log in, the same result happened. The only way I can log in, it's on a website, which it's the only way that works. I hope the next update. They will fix this issue.

This app is utterly useless. It never accepts my passwords which results in me requesting a password reset email, which arrives in my inbox without a link, consistently. Finally leading to me being on the phone for 2 hours just to give Telus my money. Every month. Just use the browser version it actually works and will save you from going bald!
