1. Download the App

2. Select your delivery location on the map

3. Choose the food category, then the meal from the category selected, followed by your choice of “Regular” or “Spicy” then the quantity desired.

4. After picking your desired meals, click on the red “Confirm Order” to continue

5. Create a new account or sign in

5. Enter your credit card details and complete your payment. Make sure to type your name the way it appears on the card.

6. You will receive push notifications confirming your order and with real-time status updates as we prepare your food and bring it to you.

Ratings and reviews

Cannot preorder as it requires a Saudi or Arab phone number. it takes the order though and then it asks you to login or register but does not have all country codes. Only good if you have Saudi phone number or a couple other Arab countries phone number. Pretty useless if you have US phone number on roaming and want to preorder.

It is very annoying that i cannot delete my old expired cards and neither does it show the expiry date of old cards without selecting them. Poor Application performance on home page.

I’ve been a regular customer at Albaik, but my recent experiences have been really disappointing. I ordered through the Keta app and received cold food. When I complained, Keta claimed the food was already cold when they got it from Albaik, which I found hard to believe. To test this, I ordered directly through the Albaik app, but the food arrived cold again. Yesterday, I placed another order, and once again, the food was cold. Seriously?
