Worst experience ever. It's been more than a month, and my money is still stuck in the account because I'm unable to log in. I've been calling customer care every day, but the only response I receive is, "It's a technical issue and will be resolved soon." This is completely unacceptable. I sincerely regret opening an account with Inma Pay.

Very poor performance, I called last Wednesday July 29 and Thursday July 30 customer service, they said it was blocked and did not even informed me what was happening. I couldn't use it as payments to the stores and can't open the app for weeks until now August 6 still unresolved. I don't know when will they want to fixed it. The customer service just said they will inform to the MANAGEMENT. I am very disappointed!!!

Never Ever use this app for some higher exchange rate. My app is blocked for last 10 days and I have called customer care multiple times but they say it will be resolved soon. Very pathetic customer service. They may block your app and money for no reason and you will mentally frustrated.
