I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My money is currently stuck in my wallet, and I am unable to transfer it either locally or internationally. I have raised multiple support tickets, but they are being closed without any proper resolution. I have also contacted customer care several times, but the responses are unhelpful and unclear. Calls are being ended without resolving the issue, and I am repeatedly told to “try again,” which does not solve the problem.

I hate this App, First, I face Difficulty to add Money when I Added After try 1 week then see The Problem to Send money to others bank account, and International transfer, I thought this App is Good and Easy to use Like Urpay and Stc pay, but This is Useless and Waste of time , Also Free Card of But 35 Sar Delivery charge, and Virtual Card Details Not showing how yo use Virtual card if , I don't have card number and how to use Physical card if not delivered me,

Alinmapay initiated an international transfer through AlinmaPay more than 10 days ago, and even after nearly 2 months since returning to India, the amount has not been credited. Despite multiple follow-ups and submitting requested documents, I have not received a transaction receipt or reference number. The response from customer care has been unclear and delayed. This level of service is unacceptable, and I request immediate clarification and resolution.
