AlinmaPay is a digital wallet supervised by SAMA, available either for our partners’ individuals or business owners. Register now without the need of having bank account so you can pay to merchants using a digital card, paying for bills, receive and transfer locally and internationally easily and securely. Also the wallet can be used to split the bill amount with your family and friends.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My money is currently stuck in my wallet, and I am unable to transfer it either locally or internationally. I have raised multiple support tickets, but they are being closed without any proper resolution. I have also contacted customer care several times, but the responses are unhelpful and unclear. Calls are being ended without resolving the issue, and I am repeatedly told to “try again,” which does not solve the problem.

Alinmapay initiated an international transfer through AlinmaPay more than 10 days ago, and even after nearly 2 months since returning to India, the amount has not been credited. Despite multiple follow-ups and submitting requested documents, I have not received a transaction receipt or reference number. The response from customer care has been unclear and delayed. This level of service is unacceptable, and I request immediate clarification and resolution.

This app used to be so good but now constant errors and issues detoriorated the app. Lot of times i don't receive OTP. Trying to make a purchase and get constant errors. Trying to add money to the wallet and getting constant errors. This app should be taken down, fixed properly and then it should return to the store. All of the negatives outweigh it's positives. Update: It's improved
