I, too, cannot put my Bank of America checking info in as an account to pay from in the app. Says the same as other people get, "looks like you've put in a debit card number..." I called tech support and was told it's an issue, I guess, with the account numbers from BOA, and that they are working to resolve it, but in the meantime transferred me to a western union number to wire the payment. It cost $7.50 on top of the auto payment to do it that way but I was told I'd be reimbursed. I guess we'll see. So far, I'm not real impressed with any of the whole new car experience, except for the ca itself. But anyway. The app would be awesome if it didn't suck.
Great app if you aren't stupid. Scheduling your payment means exactly that, schedule a date to process a payment. If your late paying and need the transaction to happen immediately then call them! Love seeing my balance go down and seeing how far in advance I have planned
I would not use this app. It has screwed up in taking payment out of the correct account that you tell it to n has cost me overdraft fees n screwed up other payments cause of these overdraft fees...
Has anyone else had trouble putting their bank info in to make a payment ?? Trying to make my first payment and it keeps telling me Ive put in the debit card number rather than the account number. Which no , I havnt the card number is lile 4 numbers longer anyway really dont know why itd even think that.Ive double checked both routing and account numbers like 8 times , Ive memorized the numbers at this point. And looking through the comments I see that I cant even make a phone payment. What am I supposed to do ??? This is absolutely ridiculous.
Trying to add my vehicle and all it does is load and load and load. Deleted the app, restarted my phone and still nothing. So I downloaded the app on my other phone and same exact thing. The app needs ALOT of updates.
When I use the app to pay my car note, it takes forever to post. And I can't even see that it is pending in my bank account like everything else that may be pending. So, it looks like I have funds available to use when they are actually tied up. If I schedule my payment for today or tomorrow, it should not post week or two from now.
