the only issue for me with the App is that it keeps on lagging / freezing and then the App crashes . other than that It's better than other banks Apps in terms of design . [Edit] after using a different trading platform I can tell how Super slow executing orders take on Al Rajhi Capital App and hoping that'll be addressed in the future .

Bug: Whenever I try to sign in, and an SMS code is sent, after 3 seconds the app just quits. I CANNOT USE THE APP AT ALL. My phone: Samsung S22 I tried clearing cache, not solved

I'm unable to login into the app.I mistakenly transferred some amount to alrajhi capital from my alrajhi account. Now I want refund,but the process seems very difficult. please guide.The app shows the message KYC is under review.
