The app works well for most regular daily operations. The chat does not work well (usually the session ends and you have to log in again and again). It would be nice to be able to see the history of payment for each individual template - the Alpha Bank app has this function and it is SUPER useful. Also, the share function is not working well for me. It opens Viber right away instead of letting me choose. And there seems to be no way of undoing that. Even reinstalling the app does not help.

First of all,when u write in app язык , it means should have more than one language, but anyway u have only Russian. Second I try to sale online dollars to Belarusian rubles, it's not working,the app signed out after I confirmed the transaction, but still the amount didn't change. And sure it's I who will lose time to pass by bank, and lose money as long as the dollar is falling down. All of this because of the malfunction of the online app. Just I think will be the last visit when I will

Surelly i can find non of my credit requests which were submitted two days before. I have tried three times since Sunday for 10000, 8000 and 9000 byn and no records were taken. Consumer request name "Match credits". Anyway i see four documents which two of them are duplicates of some kind. Anyway looks no soo bad ))
