After the flight was delayed for 10 hours, the miles also not credited to my account. Whatsapp about this enquiry the staff promised will credited within a week but still no. Send again but ignore my message. very bad experience🙂

great app, user friendly and able to book flight smoothly

I was trying to purchase a return ticket from BWN - KUL (20 July - 31 July) but it says no seats available for 31 July nor there were for 1 August. I texted your Whatsapp number and they said there are seats. I tried using two different browsers but still the same problem. But when I tried purchasing a one way ticket from KUL - BWN, there it was, an available seat. Why is this, though?
