Ratings and reviews

The recent updates have made this app more complicated that it needs to be. You have to select more options to get to a list of devices when it used to be so much easier. And when I go to drop in to a device, half the time it pops up with the learn more option that I have to cancel first. Please fix the issues and make it user friendly again!

Music service since forced shuffle is terrible. Dot confirmation tone recently changed to loud, piercing, unsilenceable chime-will wake other people up with every command. Covertly adds unwanted skills, requires one-at-a-time deletion, and forces you to restart the whole process after each deletion (back button exits the app). Two stars because it controls lights most of the time and the list feature is useful. TLDR: Bare minimum functionality. Would pay to switch if any better option existed.

The most recent update has messed with the app. It doesn't show your connected devices correctly, or it freezes and lags. When playing music and trying to change the volume for one device, it will change the volume for a different one. If you try to use a home group, it won't display it correctly in the app.

Our new design has made it easier to access your favorite features and devices. The Home page offers quick access to smart home controls, Echo management, and numerous Alexa features. The Devices page offers customizable views to manage your devices.
