Ratings and reviews

The apps great. However, the delivery is what really upsets me. I've had next day shipping items turn into a 2 week wait. Or multiple items late or not delivered because of "damaged in transit" or some other reason. I never had so many issues with the process of a packaged being delivered until amazon. It's really frustrating to have this happen. Recently ita been even more frustrating with items not being delivered.

My box is still stuck in a pick-up location that apparently uses Bluetooth to open it. And nobody can troubleshoot on why? I am still unable to pick up my package. They can not troubleshoot bluetooth pick-up locations. They also could not get your package out!!! They had me uninstall and reinstall the app. A couple of times, I went through my phone settings and turned out all my bluetooth stuff on, and still, I do not have my package, wis still stuck in the location. And still nobody can help me

I need to select the prime discount everytime. it should apply automatically the orime points and any coupon discount. secondly, whenever I change the size of a particular item which is already in the cart, it adds to the order instead of replacing it. there should be an option saying "replace" or "add to cart". don't force spending. you are better than that.
