new upgraded app has lots of issues with Zelle transfers. site was down for 5 days. every zelle transfer I received during those days have not reached my account. the site has been up for four days now and I still haven't received those payment. after calling I was told nothing could be done until Tuesday after holiday. on the bright side the overdrafts will likely be covered by them since it was likely a technical issue, which made me feel a little relieved in the end.

App is struggling to open and load my account details. Problem has been going on for a few weeks. The website is faster

I enjoy having my American First Credit Union account. Their customer service at the actual bank is great. Friendly and helpful, I have always had a great experience.
