Ratings and reviews

It's my opinion, but it would be nice if it could work with a wallet app, kind of like a credit card, AARP or other reward style card. It's a more used app so if the amfam was needed you could get to it easier just like the little paper cards you used to give us. We kept them in our real wallet, so it would make lots of sense to have it in our phone wallet. even a Widget on the phone screen would be better

This app is pretty buggy. I have been unable to view/download policy declarations or make payments - it just returns error messages. I then log in to the regular Web site and can do what I need to do, so it's definitely the app's fault, not mine. It is useful for just looking at my policy or checking payment history, but it sucks at actually accomplishing anything.

They need to add protections/protocols in place so 2 charges can't be charged from the same confirmation button in the start-to-finish payment process (forces users to go through the payment process again before allowing the pay confirmation button to be pressed again and gives an error message saying something like "payment already processed, to make another payment, go to the "pay bill" tab again."). I got double charged for only authorizing 1 payment and it may well cause me an overdraft.
