False Advertizing - I did not receive my bonus credits, and there is no route to appeal or seek assistance. I bought a $14 credit pack that was supposed to include 7 bonus credits but they were never added to my account. The FAQ has a section literally called "Why didn't I receieve my Bonus Credits?" and it's useless - it doesn't address missing credits at all. This is obviously a recurring problem. They don't provide any way to contact them, and I will not be using this app anymore.

what a rip. absolute SCAM! this app keeps a permanent playlist until closing time at every bar that uses it. so adding a song for "regular" credits is the same as donating money for *no* return. only priority play actually plays your song. no matter how empty or how inactive a bar is, the app keeps a full playlist that will prevent you from hearing your song, even if you're there until close. don't waste your money. e: ridiculous auto reply, the issue is that your business model includes a SCAM

This App use to be great. Since the last update, they no longer list the most popular version of a song. Please correct this as it is aggravating. Case in point, when searching for "Turn Up the Radio" by Autograph, you listed songs with the title Turn the Radio Up then other irrelevant songs.
