I got the app because they said you can manage your subscription from it. But...you can't cancel a subscription from there. You have to call them or email them. They say if you sign up for a wash subscription, that you can cancel at any time with no fees. That's a lie. When you try to cancel, they will stretch it out by offering other deals. And then when you finally get them to cancel, they will still charge you $25 for another month even if you still had time left on your previous month.

It seems convenient. However, they push these in app discounts but any time you try and redeem they've never worked. Supposedly by hitting the redeem button and going through the buying process they'll get added at checkout and they don't. The other issue I have is why do they need all your car information, including license plate numbers? Seems like unnecessary details not pertinent to washing cars.

App is pretty much useless and the car washes aren't much different. In order to cancel, you have to pause your membership and then later be billed for an additional month that you probably won't use because all of their locations are constantly under maintenance. None of your membership can actually be managed via the app, so it's kind of pointless to download it.
