Very horrible experience. I paid money to book tickets. After paying money, I get notified that my tickets aren't booked because of mismatch of fare and updated price is increased than what I already have paid. I tried to contact customer care executive. After several attempts, I could contact and I've been told that I can get back my money after 4-7 days of sending money withdrawal request. I'll never use such horrible online travel app. I'll recommend not to use it.

User friendly air ticketing system. Easy steps for issuing a ticket. Interesting is when I select a depart to arrive airport with a journey date and searching available flights, then apps found all are available airlines name and flight details at the same time. It's help for choosing low fare and suitable journey time. Cheapest fare sorting and departure time sorting options also good for selecting a flight for my journey. But I think it should be need added all rules in the searching result. I mean flight reissue,refund and others policy. At present have some rules, but not details. Hopefully day by day upgrade the app.

Best online portal in Bangladesh to book Air Ticket. I didn't know that they have an app like this before. I used to visit their office physically to book an air ticket, but after I came to know about their online portal, I now book air ticket myself. Best thing is their app is very easy to use. They also have a nicely decorated office and their customer support team is very helpful. Hope for their best.
