previous orders were fine. today, i made an order which was ready within 10 minutes, picked up in 15 minutes after it has been ready (so far total 25 minutes) and then it still hasnt arrived 1 hour 15 minutes after delivery. i contacted their technical support who said that their promised 30 minutes is "their best delivery time" and justified it with my previous order being delivered in 18 minutes which i dont know what correlates it to the current order. this will be my last order with them.

Unacceptable. I ordered my food and waited as a driver was being assigned to pick my order up. According to the app, my food was ready for about 15 minutes after the food has already been ready and waiting. 20 minutes later up until now as of writing the driver has not even picked up the food. assuming they picked someone too far from the restaurant. I would've been far better off actually picking up the food myself instead of waiting and even wasted money for the delivery fees.

app is great for delivery. but the app malfunctions often, and adds items without you noticing, especially previously already bought items that you have no further use for. Of course expect nothing from their disabled customer service as they will say the sweetest things with absolutely no power whatsoever to support you. proceed in the cart with the utmost caution and triple checking the contents, as they will steal you as much as they can. 1 star until your app is fixed
