I had a very unpleasant experience with this app. On my last order, when my order arrived, the house help went to receive it and the driver actually spat on the grocery bag. This was completely unacceptable. I reported the incident, but my complaint was never properly addressed. Because of this, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription and uninstall the app. On top of that, the prices are higher and the offers are much poorer compared to other apps. I would not recommend their service.

They claim that you get 30% cashback on your first order, but actually, you don't get it until you place your next order worth 5KD or more. This is not actually a cashback. This is tricking your customer to order more. Cashback is something that should be added to your wallet without any conditions or restrictions.

Great customer service and UX, but for some unknown reason you can't cancel ninja premium?? It's COMPLETELY greyed out, and when I tried the contact us option it just told me to go to the premium section in the app and cancel automatic renewal (Not an option present in the app)??
