Great customer service and UX, but for some unknown reason you can't cancel ninja premium?? It's COMPLETELY greyed out, and when I tried the contact us option it just told me to go to the premium section in the app and cancel automatic renewal (Not an option present in the app)??

It is a very bad experience, be careful to order from them, if order arrive late and wrong there is no compensation, there are punch of unprofessionals with no real contact, order from Other apps . انصح للجميع عدم استخدامه لا يوجد مسؤول و في حال الطلب تاخر او وصل خاطىء لا يوجد اي تواصل ، مجموعة اشخاص غير مدربين و غير كفؤ، انصح باستخدام برامج اخرى.

this app always fails to load on the 1st tap.. taking forever to open. i even have to restart the phone i dont know whats wrong but it tires me out using it. pls do something abt it, apps should be fast.
