Terrible customer service and incredibly slow delivery. It took over an hour and a half for my order to arrive, and when it finally got here, there was a missing item. When I contacted customer support about the issue, their response was completely unhelpful. Save your time and money—avoid this app!"

overall a good experience however they are severally lacking when it comes to cold beverages, beverages and are not stored in fridges and in general there is no UI indicator on the app that tells you whether an item is stored cold or not. room for improvement.

worst experience, their app give random locations for delivery and when contact them they said I can't update my location even though less than 1 minutes from initiating the order. I asked to cancel my order and they said no refund. I contact their driver and refuse to answer my WhatsApp messages or call. literally stealing your money
