This is the worst bank i've ever had. They just freeze my account out of nowhere. I went to the branch to have it fixed, i was told to wait 2 days, but guess what? Three months before they've had it fixed. The ticket? it's pure useless. Nothing have been done. And worst of the worst? the customer service. It's terribly the worst. They don't know what to do, what to say - it's like, they're just there to make it look like they have customer service. -1 should be the rate. 1 star is too much.

When I open the TeleMoney app, the ‘Enable your location’ popup keeps appearing repeatedly. I have already given location permission and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. Please help to fix this......When will this problem be fixed? I tried again today, but it keeps asking me to turn on the location.”

The application is very good for sending money and everything works perfectly, but there is one thing missing in this application - after logging in, there is no logout option. There should be logout option.
