Constantly re-installing. App continually states "an error has occurred please call for assistance" so I do, and im told "I'll talk to the app guy". Well "app guy" your app isn't working. I'm here for about the 300th time to reinstall the app so I can check my balance, which is hit or miss when it works anyway. Love the bank! App, not so much. Balls in your court "app guy". Update: no change in app reliability. Changing institutions.

Not a well designed app. Trying to enroll. Too much stuff needed to make a user name and password word. Upper case lower case special character. Then it's hard to remember what you just typed. Because you can't use a normal user name or password like on other accounts. It gets set up. Then you forget the username or password word. Request new password word. No email ever comes. And no opinions to recover your username name. In case that's what you have wrong. Then you can't call after hours

I use biometric a password and I still have to have a pin texted to me and typed in, no option to stop this and very annoying. Also constantly having technical issues and can't log in. Becoming very disappointed with banking here do to this, among other reasons. I feel like this bank has taken a wrong turn from what was nice about them in the first place.
