When it works, it's great, but that's rarely . Since the update, I can no longer get to live feed, only video clips, and when I go to full screen on the app, suddenly I switch to Chinese characters instead of English....wth?? I think there is a 10 year old doing the programming on this app as his school project or something because we've had nothing but issues for the few years we've had these cameras. Of course, they have only gotten worse with every "helpful " update. Run from these.

Since a recent update to the mobile application the playback of recordings is flashing the video every 2 seconds instead of smooth video like before the update. please fix! Playback on the mobile application is useless. The PC app still works. There was an update of the app a couple days ago but it did not fix the playback problem. please fix this. it worked for years and now is trash.

Sound stop working in my app for over 2 weeks now. suport sucks.. I've tried reaching out and contacting the company and keep getting asked questions that have nothing to do with the app. They are no help whatsoever in solvingthe problem. The system has been on a decline for a long time now. I'm already looking at getting rid of this system for a new one from a different company. It's been working less and less, became more and more junk. I do not recommend it. Don't buy their products either.
