Edited. it's a hit or miss. when it's working it's fine, but to often it doesn't work right one camera keeps going off line several times a day, or it says it recorded something but won't play it back. or it'll record until someone comes then it stops recording. another camera sometimes does the same problems with the recording also just not as often. constantly having to unplug them and plug them back in to get them to work again.

The pics are fuzzy. The playback is very slow loading, and I have the fastest wifi that is offered. I definitely would not purchase another Zosi product. Customer care responses aren't spoken in correct english, which let's you know they are not in the US. It may be better to use another brand or your local cable company. The positive side is that they have upgraded the app in the last few years.

DONT BUY!!!! I bought this device last September before we went on vacation. I specifically bought it so we could watch on our mobile devices. We had it set up and working and went on vacation the following week. When we returned it did an update. It hasn't worked on our mobile devices since then. I've reached out to tech support. They can't figure out what's wrong so they sent me a link for instructions on how upgrade the device. Did that and still nothing!
