Very slow to load in the mobile app. I have high-speed internet and it is still slow to load. I'm constantly dealing with having to reconnect. On the desktop client app, avss, cannot rearrange the cameras. Playback is horrendous, having to scroll down through the time is horrible. Other than that, Very clear and sharp pictures and videos.

Edited. it's a hit or miss. when it's working it's fine, but to often it doesn't work right one camera keeps going off line several times a day, or it says it recorded something but won't play it back. or it'll record until someone comes then it stops recording. another camera sometimes does the same problems with the recording also just not as often. constantly having to unplug them and plug them back in to get them to work again.

Cameras are great. App is garbage. When it does load, it's slow as heck. It will get to 99% and stop. Circle of doom. Round and round it goes. By the time we get it going, we can walk outside and look for ourselves. Cameras were recommended as an upgrade. Too bad the app is a downgrade and makes our overall impression of quality definitely has us a little frustrated and disappointed.
