Ratings and reviews

Don't try to use the app to book health screenings. After you pay, it sends you a "voucher" that you can redeem at a Fullerton clinic. You still have to make the appointment yourself, and the on-the-ground staff at the clinics don't know how to handle the voucher.

New version no longer available for older devices. Lack of warning about the change for users on old devices AND no alternative methods to access the services now that the app is not available to me. That is incredibly poor management.

cant even receive calls from doctor. been told by their WA hotline to reinstall my app, but the issue is still there. and im stuck at the "please wait for doc to call" so much for troubleshooting. buggy af on my s20fe
