Unable to submit additional documents to the same claim visit no. Had to submit under new requests. Now claims keeps getting rejected because they say wrong documents are submitted. Even though I have submitted everything. Update- Made a claim after around a year of not visiting a doctor. Claim from my neighborhood GP was returned just because the receipt didn't list out each individual medicine's cost and showed the total cost of all medicines. Great job Aon. *Slow clap*

App is extremely infuriating to use. Examples include: - it requires the clinic name to match one of their listed clinic names (I visited a panel clinic but it was not listed) - it requires the medical diagnosis to match one of their listed conditions, but their list is quite restricted, mixes medical terms with common terms and doesn't have options for "other" or "not listed" - it only shows the latest comment on each claim, which loses context and history There are more but I'm out of space

Oh, just like the old app! It's clearly way more secure than any banking app since it demands an OTP every single time you log in. And, as a bonus, you get to wait ten times longer for the OTP to arrive. What a masterpiece!
