Ratings and reviews

Every login requires a SMS or email validation, even within a few mins apart. Claims process requires you to manually key in data,instead of only uploading the invoice and reports. Also,claims processing takes 2 weeks, compared tp Cigna which processes within 3 working days. AON Care+ is operating in 2026, with a 2006 operational mentality.

telemedicine marked as delivered without the medicine arriving and customer service took 14 mins before picking up call. And still said casually rider accidentally marked delivered and I need to go thru many more hours to reinstate the medicine delivery. If I don't call the medicine will not be delivered!

worst support, worst waiting time, worst late delivery. Any other Telemedicine App is better. The 4.5 rating is fake
