Do not rely on Atome in-store. Despite paying on time, zero debt, and a high card limit, my transactions are constantly declined by broken risk algorithms. Customer support is useless, every ticket gets the exact same template reply telling me to "wait 7 days." I waited, tried again, and got blocked again. There are no actual humans to fix false account flags. A BNPL app that fails at the checkout and offers zero support isn't worth using.

was able to make purchases with equal split payments regularly until 2 months ago, suddenly i dont have atome in tik tok shop anymore, and suddenly payment method no longer appears. other platform also showed my payments were no longer equal splits. 80% for 1st payment.

Atome continues to spam annoying promotional notifications at all hours (received one at 4am today) despite turning off all notifications in the app settings. I had to turn off notifications from the Android settings to get relief. An app that treats their customers' wishes as a joke doesn't deserve my business.
