About this app

Aplite Dispatch is an order-management app for a wholesale lighting
business — for the shop owner, their staff, and their customers.

FOR THE SHOP

• Create orders and move them from packing to dispatch: New, Packing,
Packed, Waiting Pickup, Dispatch, Dispatched
• Record items, quantities and units; mark anything short or out of
stock while packing
• Attach photos of packed goods, the transport LR and the dispatch
• Generate an order PDF and share it on WhatsApp or anywhere else
• Keep a full customer list — party name, village, transport, outstanding
balance and credit limit
• Import the whole catalogue and price list from a single Excel file
• Reports for pending items, short stock, box quantity, and cancelled or
deleted orders
• Create staff logins and assign them to orders

FOR THE CUSTOMER

• See your shop's price list with the rate that applies to you
• Search by name, code, SKU, wattage, shape or colour
• Build a cart and send an order request for the shop to confirm
• Track your past orders and their status, with photos
• Chat directly with the shop
• Ask whether a specific variant is in stock, right inside the chat

GETTING STARTED

The shop owner creates their business in the app. The shop then gives
each customer a six-character join code; the customer enters it to
request access, and the shop approves it.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase in asia-south1 (Mumbai). Each
business is kept separate — one shop can never see another shop's data.
No ads, no tracking, and your data is never sold.
