ELEMENT | 08 is a freediving performance system built for athletes who train breath hold, depth, and pool disciplines.

TRAINING
Build custom static and breathwork sessions with flexible rest, hold, and recover blocks. Follow guided CO2 and O2 tolerance tables, or create your own. Choose from 20+ guided sessions across breathing, relaxation, and endurance categories. Four voice options keep you focused during training.

YOUR PATH
A structured progression from beginner to advanced across 20 stages. Each stage unlocks specific sessions that build your capacity, tolerance, and mental endurance over time.

SEASON PLANNING
Plan your competition season with periodized training phases. Choose from preset plans for depth or pool competitions, or build your own from scratch.

LOGBOOK
Every session is saved with full detail — block timelines, contractions, personal notes, and SpO2/HR charts when training with an oximeter. Import dive logs from several dive computer brands.

LIVE OXIMETER
Connect Bluetooth pulse oximeters for real-time SpO2, heart rate, and perfusion index during training. Review your oxygen levels in detail after each session. (Oximeter support is added continuously)

INSIGHTS
Track your progress with hold time trends, SpO2 exposure zones, depth band analysis, and more. Filter by discipline, lung volume, and dive type.
