Very poor experience with BankSathi. I helped multiple friends open savings accounts through the BankSathi app link. Even after 6-7 days, all leads are still showing "Processing" with no updates. The customer care number provided in the app is always switched off, which is extremely frustrating. If leads are not processed on time and support is unreachable, this platform cannot be trusted. After following all the terms and conditions and successfully opening accounts, BankSathi does not add the leads. Even everything is done correctly on my end, yet the leads don't show up.
