I've been using this app for two years, but now it's marking all my successful leads as incomplete and not paying me. Currently, after a card is successfully created, it says the lead cannot be approved. This app is only interested in getting its own work done. Two of my leads were successful, but it's saying they're incomplete and telling me to share a different offer with the customer. When I tried to call them through the app to find out the reason, the number shows as being outside our cove

I am facing an issue where completed leads are not updating correctly in the app. My customer has fully opened their Demat account, but the status is stuck on 'Lead Added' and has not changed to 'Success.' Please look into these tracking glitches as it delays the payout process
