Update didn't fix anything! Still completely unusable. I just updated the Britam app hoping for the bug fixes they promised, but it's completely useless. All I get is the same generic, unhelpful error message: "Oops! Something Went Wrong. We've encountered a technical issue. Please try again later." This has been happening for days/weeks. How can a major financial services company have a mobile app that consistently fails to load the basic "Home" screen? I can't check my products.

Unresponsive customer service. App will not show your deposits. Sometimes the app will not work if you are registering for instance the option to choose a bank just was not working. It will be incredibly frustrating to get any help for anything due to heavy use of bots even when you ask to speak to an agent.

The password reset flow needs improvement. The rate limiting appears too strict, as “rate limit exceeded” shows after only one or two attempts, preventing legitimate OTP requests. Additionally, OTPs expire very quickly, often before the email can be opened. Please review retry thresholds and extend OTP validity to improve reliability and user experience.
