I used to have high trust and loyalty to vale but now I don't know if it's now dealing with scams because tell me why I'm being restricted for no reason at all and all efforts to reactive my account has been in vain what is happening

Downgrading your savings interest on the flexible option from 15% on the first ₦100k & 7% on every additional, to 10% on first ₦100k & 5% on every additional is a huge discouragement on savings. It's well.
