I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this app has been very disappointing. My account was suddenly restricted with about ₦10,000 in it, and I’ve not been able to transfer or fully access my funds for over a month and a few weeks now. No clear or consistent explanation was given. Getting support has been frustrating. Customer care responses are inconsistent, and I keep getting different information from different agents. There is no clear communication or proper resolution timeline.
