Pathetic application. I signed up for the application, but whenever I try to log in, it shows that my phone number or password is incorrect. Even after multiple attempts using the correct password, I do not receive any verification code on my number. Furthermore, the helpline staff keep giving me different contact numbers to call, which has been very frustrating.

I just don't know if it's bugs or they have intentionally done it, Unable to refund, Unable to book tickets(Sometimes), but one thing is certain they will charge you, That's certain, After that there will be some kind of error, I have refund to be collected, but guess what, I am unable to, But what can we expect from a Pakistani company, It's certain.

Very frustrating experience with the Daewoo Express app. My bus was cancelled after payment and my money got stuck in their wallet. Later the wallet balance disappeared and customer support told me to add more money just to recover my own funds. I used the wallet to book again, but the bus got cancelled AGAIN and now the money is stuck once more. Poor support, unreliable system, and unfair refund policy. Completely unacceptable service. Strongly Not Recommended
