I just don't know if it's bugs or they have intentionally done it, Unable to refund, Unable to book tickets(Sometimes), but one thing is certain they will charge you, That's certain, After that there will be some kind of error, I have refund to be collected, but guess what, I am unable to, But what can we expect from a Pakistani company, It's certain.

I am fed up with this garbage app Twice now I've attempted to purchase a ticket and after payment the transaction failed Money from my account however was still deducted but Instead of transferring it back into my account it automatically adds it to the Daewoo wallet with no apparent way of refunding it back into my bank account Customer service is useless in this matter as well I wouldn't even mind if I was able to get discounted prices for the tickets using the apps wallet but I can't

Very disappointing experience with the Daewoo app and customer service. The app failed to provide accurate information about the departure point. I booked from Faizabad station, but it was closed and no prior notification was given. Because of this, I got delayed and almost missed my bus, which had been shifted to 26 No. station. On top of that, the manager’s behavior was rude and unprofessional when I raised my concern. Daewoo needs to seriously improve both its app communication and customers.
