Pathetic application. I signed up for the application, but whenever I try to log in, it shows that my phone number or password is incorrect. Even after multiple attempts using the correct password, I do not receive any verification code on my number. Furthermore, the helpline staff keep giving me different contact numbers to call, which has been very frustrating.

They Cleared up my history, did not present any refund for the bus that got cancelled. I cannot even apply for refund myself due to them clearing the history. calling the customer service was useless as well. They were not even able to even able to resolve anything even after providing name and phone number associated with the booking. I would advise everyone using the app to be careful. As everything stands right now I was scammed out my money

This is by far the worst transport app I have used. I have repeatedly tried to create an account, but the registration process simply doesn't work. An authentication system is one of the most basic and critical features of any application, yet this app fails at that fundamental level. If users can't even sign up successfully, the app is essentially unusable. This issue should have been identified and fixed before release. A complete overhaul of the authentication system is urgently needed.
