Really bad App experience. Had so much difficulty creafing an account and that account as well couldn't be logged in. I can't even register account again, neither can I forget the password. Also There's no possible way to add dependants on you account now. There is a menu but I can't add any of my dependants. Contacted the support, but they have said they will do something. They did nothing and It has been atleast a couple of weeks. This has affected our planned trips because wr can't get ticket

pathetic application. once I updated my information in sign up. now when I try to login, the password doesn't match. The great thing is the password reset is not working and I want to book my ticket but I can't log in.

They Cleared up my history, did not present any refund for the bus that got cancelled. I cannot even apply for refund myself due to them clearing the history. calling the customer service was useless as well. They were not even able to even able to resolve anything even after providing name and phone number associated with the booking. I would advise everyone using the app to be careful. As everything stands right now I was scammed out my money
