So worth it, I tried it for a few months at the beginning, loved it, and I cancel it no problem, because I wasn't using it. This years I bought the full year, and next year lifetime, but only if in special, because I payed full amount of the yearly one, then it went on a big sale, I was disappointed since I was on a thingh budget. Contacted Customer Service (good service) to have the lifetime one,they never wanted to give me that price, but instead offer a discount that made me spend more.

I have used apps from Darren Marks for years. They help with my anxieties tremendously. The imagery in this one particularly is my favorite. And Darren's voice is very soothing.

the app asks for your credit card information for the session which is understandable but atleast one or two sample sessions must be free.
