Sorry for giving a 1 star rating earlier. I ordered multiple items during the 13.11 Sale, but after 4 days I was informed that the products were out of stock. During that time, the same items were still available on other platforms, and now some of them are out of stock there as well. My time was wasted, and I had to cancel the order. My suggestion is to please update the app with real-time stock availability and improve the UI/UX. The current experience i felt inconvenient and disappointing.

Very disappointing experience with the Jeevee app. The app almost always lags and feels poorly. Customer service is rude and unhelpful, and replies usually come after 2–3 days. What’s even worse is the points earned after successfully placing orders cannot be redeemed for discounts, making them practically useless. Overall, bad performance, poor customer support, and a misleading rewards system. Needs serious improvement

Order cancelled AFTER being assigned for delivery! UNBELIEVABLE. My order was already out for delivery then delivery guy says it has been cancelled. The excuse given by customer service was: "ma'am hami sanga product dherai nabhayera ho"!! REALLY? ​I have been a loyal customer of Jeevee for years,I get it when a product was genuinely "out of stock". But cancelling a dispatched order due to a failure in inventory management is a complete waste of my time and trust.
