Ratings and reviews

I had high expectations for the Jeevee app, but unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience. The app is slow, buggy, and often crashes while browsing or placing orders. The customer service is unresponsive, and deliveries are consistently delayed, sometimes taking days longer. Worst app. Wouldn't recommended.

It took 6 days for my order to be delivered. Additionally, they were promoting the app on their Instagram account, offering free gifts for purchases over a certain amount. However, when I checked the app the day before, this offer was available. The very next day, when I placed my order, the offer was still being promoted on their Instagram, but it wasn't applicable on the app.I also had to keep following up on the delivery status through their Instagram account, as there was no tracking system

I used this app recently and was disappointed by the inconsistency between the price listed in the app and the store. Items advertised at a lower price in the app turned out to be more expensive in the store. This creates confusion and frustration. Hope this issue is addressed soon.
