Firstly, I was confused to purchase it or not as there is many online scam businesses ongoing. But also, I order the product which was lesser compared to other online products. I bought the few products from your store and I am going to purchase it again from your store. I completely love the customers service as well. Furthermore, I suggest you to have all the product as there are few products is still out of stock. App is also very smooth to use it . Loving the app. Amazing product ☺️

The app is quiet good. But there could be several improvements. Firstly, the tracking of order is not done well. I have received products and used them up, but it still does not show delivered. Only my 1st 2 or 3 orders have the status of being delivered. Next it could be better if the place to apply the coupons had list of them, so that I would not have to go back to promotions tab and remember the code then apply it. I want the quantity of items in the cart to be same after reopening it.

Although the products were good, the application had several issues, including inaccurate order status due to poor state management during development. This caused confusion and impacted the user experience negatively. To improve the app, the development team should work on enhancing its functionality and code. Additionally, they could implement a more user-friendly interface and improve communication about the order status.
