the rate is good and issues after sending .Keep it up

Be sure to read all reviews here and on trust pilot. I provided all security info but they said I hadn't sent everything. There were then mixed messages about whether I could send from an organisation account but after holding money for a number of days they blocked my account and won't even allow me to send as an individual. Quick responses from them but absolutely no help at all. further to the reply below, I have been denied to use the service with no explanation of the "specific issue'.
