We have used this app for 7-8 years on iPhone, Android and Windows desktop. We have occasionally had problems connecting on one platform or another. Now none of them connect. I have verified all Internet and electrical connections and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No success. The app sees the Pentair device but is unable to connect. I see from other recent reviews that this is a widespread problem. Hard to understand why Pentair hasn't fixed it. It can't be good for business.

Got the update a few days ago. Didn't realize it had changed so much. Overall, it has better functionality. I like the fact that I can change the RPM of the pumps and check their wattage when running. However, I don't have the Pool temperature from the Pool Screen anymore. The temperature was there at first, now it's disappeared. I would rate higher if it would come back.

No update to app. Ever. Don't buy Pentair products, since they're not going to support them. 2024-May Update (1 Star changed to 3): After 9 years (first installed the app in May or June of 2015), at some point recently, they finally put out an update to the app. Good improvements, but still far from perfect. It would be nice if you could keep the app open on your phone, and it stayed connected -- or at least opened to the last screen you had opened when you log into it again after it loses con
