Guard Viewer is a mobile surveillance client app. With this app you can access surveillance products(Network Cameras,Network Speed Domes,NVRs) through network and view live or recorded video, receive alarms and manage cloud devices using your mobile phone.

I can't play back multiple cams simultaneously (so if I want to see/save an event that was recorded at multiple angle). No matter what they're always a couple seconds off from each other. I can't set it to always show HD so having to switch it to HD during playback also causes sync issues. No longer allows me to view when away from home. Not happy with this clunky app at all.

This application is by far the worst camera application I have ever had the misfortune of using. The ridiculously slow loading and viewing makes it LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to view playback videos. Live can also be obnoxious and poor quality. The options to record, save and export are archaic and rarely operate correctly. I didn't have a choice to use this as my work uses it (update we changed and I no longer have to use this stone age application that freezes and complicates all users lives badly.

Still getting used to the app, but overall it is great compared to the other app used for my cheaper security system. The big problem I'm having is trying to set a detection area for a couple of my cameras. When I get into that option and try to begin drawing or creating the detection area, the symbols/commands to begin the actual area overlay the phone nav controls (3 symbol navigation system) and either reduces the screen or causes the app to return to the previous screen. Please change! TY
