Finally a platform which cares about Yatris & brings affordable options for all the segments of customers. I found it very helpful and value for money. The list of destinations is ever growing and the customer support was tremendous they even followed up with me after I finished my trip. This is truly a game changing experience. Will surely use it again in future.

This app appears to be a complete scam. Please don't be misled by the positive reviews—they could easily be planted by them. There are many negative reviews, read that as well. They accepted my booking, debited the money from my account, and then kept the booking status as "Under Processing" indefinitely. When I contacted customer support, they simply said the hotel I had booked was no longer available and asked me to choose a 3rd grade hotel. NO MONEY REFUND option available.

They seem more interested in selling their services and collecting money than in providing genuine customer support. Once you book their services, they lose interest in addressing your concerns or grievances. There is virtually no after-sales support, and getting a response when you need assistance is extremely difficult. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend their services.
