service is very slow and they don't reach out to give information on your order... very poor service👎

The app is easy to use and very convenient, however the person that was delivering my food apparently stayed and collected more orders while having my food with him. On the live location I am seeing him going all around grand anse but not leaving to deliver mines. At 8pm my food was on the way I received my food 9:45pm and my location was Boca. This is very disappointing!

App is okay but service SUCKS!!!!! They always messing up your order and still take extremely long to deliver plus the drivers are accepting the food on the app and they havent physically collect the food. Then you get driver on its way butthe driver dont have your food and they dont want to give you a REFUND!!! This is garbage. Poor they need to do better
