I have used this app twice due to the weather. Food takes an hour and 15mins on average, not delivered to the door, it's not a speedy delivery and food is not hot on delivery so service charge should be optional as you end up paying an additional $30 on top of your actual order. This is in comparison to the UK food delivery app. Oh and also menus for all stores on the app are very very limited.

The app is easy to use and very convenient, however the person that was delivering my food apparently stayed and collected more orders while having my food with him. On the live location I am seeing him going all around grand anse but not leaving to deliver mines. At 8pm my food was on the way I received my food 9:45pm and my location was Boca. This is very disappointing!

Well yogo canceled an order cause they couldn't gt with restaurant to answer there phone. but couldn't called to inform me that the order was canceled.. I got through with the the restaurant cause I forgot to place a time stamp. now I have to wait 3 to 10 business days to get a card refund..AND ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS F*@KING CALL and say the order will be canceled. About send email.. even tho a text was sent to confirm order ... organize yall self are you texting emailing or calling
