Ratings and reviews

pathetic commission rates, we are already paying taxes, investing on food materials and this Zomato is just looting on Ads and commission on overall weekly payouts..This is Too much for cloud kitchens like mine. For example I'm investing 3k for one week and 2200 total is my weekly payout and they looting 1k on total amount, including commission, 2 taxes, Ads, if we won't run ads it doesn't show up at all. Then what's the profit I get 🤷🏻‍♀️ ? just app getting rich alone by partners & customers.

Day 3 of not receiving the proper solution from zomato. when I tap send contract.its throwing me an error of suspicious activity even when all the docs are verified. Tried seeking all types of help like calling executives, sending mails but no one in the Zomato is smart enough to understand and tackle this problem..@Zomato .you need a good app testing team

customer service is very bad. if you want become zomato service partner you have to take ads else they intentionally put closed right now with reason all delivery partners are unavailable but other partners stores are opened same region.how delivery partners are not available for my store.even after multiple tickets opened they don't give proper reason. when you call customer care they will open 10 mins and they will close same reason. SEENS LIKE A AD S AND MONEY SCAM. I DON'T SUGGEST ZOMATO
