The app has become pretty useless since the last few upgrades, I don't understand the whole system leived cancellation charges Opted for a small change in order within like 1 minute of placing the order and the order was cancelled and straight up I was charged for the same. Seriously guys. Way to go. Not ordering from this app from now on. Way too much delivery charges, rates different from other competitive applications Frud application

Order at risk of cancellation. Yes. That's how Zomato works. You order through them and then there is a high probability that after wasting an hour of your time they will just cancel the order. Moreover if you try to connect with the restaurants directly from the numbers provided if the app - all are non existent. The only support is the chat system but that too is run by bots which doesn't actually solve any issues. So basically you pay them, then after 2-3 hours you get the money back .
