Ratings and reviews

I think Zomato has fired it's entire customer service team, because every single issue I am facing is just being rejected by the AI chatbots without any option to talk to humans. For my orders wrong items for delivered, and when I tried for a replacement or refund, I had to finally send an email, after which 24 hours later they emailed back that they cannot give refund.

Horrible service. The wrong item was delivered and no adjustment was made. I contacted the shop and was told to come in and return it for a replacement. If I had the time to go there myself, I would not have used Zomato. I then contacted customer service and was told the refund would be processed within a few weeks. Several weeks have passed and no refund has been issued. It is clear that unless you order very frequently, they do not value you as a customer.

1 question I have for a very long time is, even if the restaurant or anything don't open yet, why we still can't view yet and add to Cart what we want for later !!!?? we all don't have same schedule, time to scroll through all the menu listing, the only time we have, chose what we will like to order for later, just block from placing an order,not from viewing what we may like and allow to added them in our cart for later !!!!
