Ratings and reviews

This app is a complete scam. I placed an order that took over 2 hours to arrive, and by then the food was completely cold. They wouldn't even let me cancel the order despite the ridiculous delay. To make things worse, the item I received was completely different from what I ordered. When I contacted support, the chatbot kept making excuses and repeatedly said my images were "not clear," no matter what I uploaded. There was no real customer support, no refund, and no resolution. Terrible service

Would like to rate zero, just waited for like 60 odd minutes for the order which actually showed 21 minutes at the time of order. Even after paying the platform fee and everything else, they still want you to buy their gold membership otherwise their delivery partner will have a sudden, quick delivery on the way, and you'll have to wait for hours for your order.

The application is not user friendly when it comes to raising an issue. They have an AI response system, which does not forward your issue, even if we mentioned unable to understand my issue in the response segment. I've been facing a few issues relatively; 1. Choosing fast delivery in less than 30mins, that never comes on time. The time freezes and it gets delayed by 1/3 plus time to which they reply there has been slight delay. No one is there to take responsibility.
