I booked 3 tickets today, lured in by the district’s Buy 1 Get 1 offer which turned out to be completely misleading. After booking, the vouchers provided were not valid at the theatre, coz outlet isn't there. Instead, I was told to travel 10–12 km just to redeem them. Totally unreasonable. To make things worse, customer support was unhelpful. They simply read from a script and offered no real solutions. False advertising, poor customer service, and a complete waste of time. Avoid using this app.

The app is useful to get information on restaurants, movies and events, but I don't always suggest booking through the District as much as I did before, particularly because of the hidden 'convenience fees'. This only pops up when you're making the payment and there is no fixed rate so it could be anything depending on what booking you do. I hate this dark pattern in the app.

Could not cancel our movie tickets 12 hours prior to showtime( it is allowed according to their policy). They said they'll cancel it. still no update on cancellation and refund. made over 3 calls just to get a refund. still haven't received one. tickets also were not cancelled. it's all a huge scam.
