The Buy 1 Get 1 offer doesn’t really feel like value for money because of the way the combo is calculated. For ex, if I add 2 clothes priced at ₹249 and 2 clothes priced at ₹400, the system combines the lower- and higher-priced products as one combo instead of pairing products of the same price. If there is already another product in the cart at the same price, it would make more sense to pair those together. Otherwise, the advertised BOGO offer becomes misleading. This stops me from ordering.

Very disappointing delivery experience with Max Fashion. I ordered at least 4 to 5 products, but even after 10–15 days, my order was not delivered. If you’re okay with waiting 15–20 days or more for delivery, then you can order from this app. Otherwise, think twice before ordering. This is based on my personal experience. Due to the excessive delay, I finally cancelled everything.

I made my first order online for 8 items on 23rd Aug, as of today i got 4 items. No news from Max on the other 4. App/website no longer allows me to log in to check my order status. Today, 13 days later, I called & they said it's cancelled. Without informing me! I asked for refund, they said they will raise a complaint and give in 8 to 10 days. Apparently they don't believe in automatically giving refund to customer when they cancel. You have to call & beg! I won't ever shop here again. Beware!
