Very bad service and experience. I'm fan of max fashion n always recommended it to my friends but I realised I was wrong. But I'm thoroughly disappointed with the app and customer care number also not working. They cancelled some of your items.when it was out for delivery.I think I will have to look for other options for shopping now.for best app support and customer care support services.

BE CAREFUL while shooping though this app. It's either dumb or purposefully made cunning. It randomly sets prices and the more you add to basket the price for each existing product changes and mostly increaes with that. If you do not notice before paying, you will end up paying much more than what you added the product for.

I have placed a lot of orders before, and was happy that they delivered proper products. But now they started charging convience charges for every order. I am fine paying the extra fee if I am getting proper service. But this time, they missed a product from my order. And since it was non returnable, after many calls, they took 20 days to give me a coupon code for the missing item price. And guess what, now I need to pay extra convience charges to buy something with that coupon within 2 months.
