Worst delivery experience. My order has been repeatedly postponed without any proper reason. The delivery agent asked for OTP but refused doorstep delivery and kept rescheduling the order. I am forced to check the app every single day without clarity on whether the order will actually arrive. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Customers should not have to chase their own orders like this.

Very disappointing experience with the Max Fashion app. I had credit balance in my account and tried to use it for a purchase. The remaining amount was paid via UPI, but the transaction failed. Now my credit balance is showing ₹0 even though the order was never placed and there’s no pending order visible. This is unacceptable—customers shouldn’t lose access to their own money because of a failed payment.

Big scam on elite membership. They said we will get 10% discount on birthday month but it's neither in store nor in app. I contacted customer support and they said to drop mail to get the birthday month discount coupons and when dropped mail I was getting response only to view in the app. Be careful before buying Elite membership.
