It's a worst platform I see ever. I ordered 4 products with combo pack and it was written 11th April estimated delivery date. 2 item delivered but 2 left and tracking is also not supported. Still they are not giving my money back. worst experience ever. I suggest please do not purchase any thing by this platform.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a shirt on 19th March and selected “Pickup from Shop” assuming it would be faster. After placing the order, I realized the pickup date is actually later than home delivery. This was not clearly mentioned during selection, which is misleading. Since there were no festivals or peak sales at that time, such delays are unexpected. The app should clearly show pickup timelines before checkout to avoid confusing customers.

The collections are good, but they insist forcefully on membership. They say it’s ₹169, but end up charging ₹250. For offers, they ask us to purchase through their online app and claim that delivery will take 5–7 working days. It has already been 11 days, and I still haven’t received my parcel.
