Very bad experience with this app. They keep sending Buy 1 Get 1 sale notifications, but when you order two items, they cancel one item on their own and send a message saying, "We're sorry, we've had to cancel your order. Please place the order again." This usually happens after the sale ends, so you can no longer place the order at the discounted offer price. On top of that, one of the products I received was damaged. There is no exchange option for damaged products; only returns are allowed.

Very disappointed with Max Fashion India. My order was delayed beyond the promised delivery date, and after I raised a complaint, it was marked as undelivered and cancelled. No proper explanation and no successful delivery attempt. A frustrating shopping experience.

Worst delivery experience. My order has been repeatedly postponed without any proper reason. The delivery agent asked for OTP but refused doorstep delivery and kept rescheduling the order. I am forced to check the app every single day without clarity on whether the order will actually arrive. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Customers should not have to chase their own orders like this.
