Realty Investor — Your Real Estate Crowdfunding in One Place
Realty Investor was born from a simple idea: those who invest in real estate crowdfunding and crowdlending end up scattered across several platforms, each with its own website, portfolio, and timelines, without a convenient way to see the whole picture. We've brought that information together in a single application so your crowdfunding is no longer scattered and you can track it like what it is: a portfolio.

What you'll find
Opportunities published by authorized crowdfunding platforms, all in one place, with a summary description, their location on a map, and a direct link to the original platform's post, which is always the valid source. You build your portfolio on this basis and see the complete picture: what you've committed to, in what type of project, and with what timeline. You can also receive notifications when new opportunities are published.
How this version works
This is an open beta version and works entirely with simulated funds. You can browse the projects, decide how much you would have allocated to each, and see how your portfolio would look without a single euro being moved or any transactions being executed. It's a way to familiarize yourself with the product and with real estate crowdfunding itself without risking anything, and to tell us what's missing before the live version is released. Accounts created now will not be transferred to that later version.

What we don't do
We are not a crowdfunding platform, nor do we intend to be. We don't raise or hold money, we don't execute investments, we don't provide advice, and we don't make decisions for you. Our role is to gather and organize public information so that you can make your decisions where appropriate, on the authorized platform. The application is free for users.
Who we are
Behind the application is NV 2003, S.L., a team based in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona) working to build the missing piece of the puzzle in European real estate crowdfunding: a single investor view of their distributed portfolio. We are in discussions with platforms in Spain and France for the final version, and this first release is a preliminary step, open to anyone who wants to try it and tell us what to improve.

It is not a crowdfunding platform, financial institution, investment services company, or payment service provider; it also does not provide financial advice or personalized recommendations, nor does it receive, transmit, or execute investment orders, nor does it hold user funds or assets in custody. Investments are made directly between users and the corresponding platforms, which are solely responsible for their contracting, management, accuracy, and updating.
All investments involve risks, including the possible total or partial loss of invested capital, and are not covered by the Deposit Guarantee Fund (FGD) or the Investment Guarantee Fund (FOGAIN). Use of Realty Investor implies acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
