Ratings and reviews

When it was still the first media, I gave it 5 stars for usability. Since XL took it over, down time happens every few days. Now it's been 48+ hours the internet is still down with no explanation and now there's no applicable way to make a complaint and service inquiry from the application. Again, 1 star. If there's an option of 0 stars, I will give it to this application. So far, not even technical assistance is available.

The app is terrible. It always crashes when I open the DompetXL menu. It's been like this for about 2 months, even though the app is the latest version and I've tried installing it on 3 different phones—all crashing. I've complained via CS on WhatsApp, but there's no solution. The CS response is incredibly slow, but when I take a little longer to respond (only a few minutes), the conversation is automatically ended.

My first media app is better than this app. at least back then when my internet off, i can really create a ticket for my problem.. while with this app i cant even create a ticket. And their whatsapp XL satu care ignored me for more than 2 hours to "connect with an agent". Please create more useful app, then maybe i will revised my review. Or maybe it will be faster for me to change my internet provider.
