Ratings and reviews

When it was still the first media, I gave it 5 stars for usability. Since XL took it over, down time happens every few days. Now it's been 48+ hours the internet is still down with no explanation and now there's no applicable way to make a complaint and service inquiry from the application. Again, 1 star. If there's an option of 0 stars, I will give it to this application. So far, not even technical assistance is available.

The app is terrible. It always crashes when I open the DompetXL menu. It's been like this for about 2 months, even though the app is the latest version and I've tried installing it on 3 different phones—all crashing. I've complained via CS on WhatsApp, but there's no solution. The CS response is incredibly slow, but when I take a little longer to respond (only a few minutes), the conversation is automatically ended.

There's really nothing good can be said about this app, and/or provider in general. App continuously crashes. What, you're telling me to buy more packages without knowing the current package's due date? And don't get me started with how terrible the services are even when outside. Customer service is dead, useless bot responses. Connect to an agent and it's been MONTHS without any response. Good job, people. You can either fix your service or do yourself a favor and shut down your services. Thx
