Really, really bad. Not even the transaction can be shown correctly. Just a really, really bad provider and application. Why can't I see my transactions????? It's so annoying.... It's expensive, but nothing is working, and the connection is poor. This app is getting worse. Can't even reach the CS in that garbage APP anymore. My transaction history is always empty, but my money is gone. I could build a better company and app. It's so amazing and embarrassing. XL ... OMG, Choose TELKOMSEL!!!!

the price become more and more expensive. but the signal strength still weak 😢😢 . back then, it is soo cheap and the packages have 16-30K for 30 day. and then some months ago, at least 32K only for 28 days. now 60K for 28 days. yes, it offers huge amount of Quotas but for what??? I never be able to use all those quotas in 28 days!!! at least please make it cheap

the app broke for 3 days now, just white page and immediately closed. they also removed the unlimited time limit internet package. will use until my quota rans out and then change to other provider with better offer.
