Ratings and reviews

Many features are still not accessible or empty, and mostly relatively slow in loading menus. Last month, the first time I used the app, it was completely unusable, many menus didn't load, especially the billing menu. I couldn't see and pay my bill, and got penalized with late charge fee for the next billing period. Thanks so much for that.

App: The call center feature and ticket is broken, they ask me to update the app when the app is already the latest version Service: SOP is terrible, report it to CS and all they can do is restart the modem (which we could do from the app). We ask for tech and all they can do is write a report and tell us to wait for tech to contact us. Guess what? never got a single call (it's been a week), there are like 3 outstanding report from the same case

Wanted to troubleshoot my internet problem, but it won't let me create ticket (showing an error). When I tried to use the Call Center feature, it says it needs to be updated to the latest update first..but it's already in the most recent update. There is literally no update button on the Play Store, but the app keeps on telling me to Leave to Dashboard, or Update. It won't let me get past that part to even access the Call Center feature.
