Ratings and reviews

The app works for buying and checking packages—nothing more. Customer service is a nightmare. I received less quota than what was advertised and tried getting help via the Maya chatbot, which was completely useless. It didn’t understand the issue at all and kept asking if I was “satisfied” without ever addressing the problem. Frustrating and unacceptable.

Buying a package is a MINDFLUFF each time! The app gets stuck at the last step when I enter my OVO pin code. I ended up paying with QRIS and I already received an sms that my package was activated but the app was still spinning with white screen. It happens each time I top up also and the app very often logs me out. Indonesian internet providers are the most frustrating apps overall, but XL stands out by having a clean UI, as soon as you fix the stability I will give it a 5 star review!

terrible app full of errors! Try to disconnect my auto debit credit card but keeps failing. Try to pay by different method but app keeps asking for info, which I fill in, then when I press continue it takes me right back to the beginning to start all over again. so frustrating and infuriating. makes you want to throw your HP at the wall or out the window. Terrible app. How can a major company like XL not know it's so bad and make it a priority to fix! Makes me want to change my telecom provider!
