language is set to English in XL app, but every text I receive about a promo is in Indonesia, the add screens on the app are indonesian... I cant understand any of it, so the advertisement is a waste of time for me to look at. Maybe advertise to me in English and I can see what you're constantly sending me text messages for.... Then you reply to me in indonesian... obviously did not understand what I'm talking about. The rating stays 1 star

Even though the user interface is good but the app itself run horribly. It crash/error almost everytime, making it difficult to top up my phone credit. As per today, my transaction to top up quota had been cancelled 3 times, I've tried to reload the app, change the payment method, even top up my phone credit first then top up my quota, nothing's work. The app is pretty to look at and easy to use but it is not practical at all because of how it always crash. Please fix this. Thank you.

This application is the worst features and service, live chat with agent is very slow to respond, keeps disconnecting, no solution. I subscribe to the most expensive package, but the package always stops when auto-renewal is supposed to occur, so it really takes up my credit in the middle of the night. The new package was active again when I contacted the live chat agent, with very slow, keeps disconnecting and unhelpful service. really really really disappointing.
