So inefficient. Every app update is just a new complicated interface, instead of enhancing app performance. So many lags. Classic balance deducted but no internet package received. I don't even know why would I keep using this provider. Also, the transaction history always lags and missing some transaction entry. You have to keep receipt of it yourself in case the transaction happened but you haven't receive anything. Chat Maya feature? Robots and clueless.

Wow a new UI! So cool! I wish it came with a working app though! I wish I had 50 years to wait for the app to load, and I wish the customer service would spare their time to READ my complaint on twitter and not some BOT giving me useless/unrelated troubleshooting options. But alas, it was just a wishful thinking. 25k wasted just because the app can't load and the package keeps on renewing itself.

I've been using this app for years dari awal saya beli SIMcard. but the problem is too much. saya pernah menukar poin untuk kuota tapi tidak bisa saya gunakan. lalu saya pernah mencoba untuk membeli paket tapi terdapat gangguan dan berujung pulsa saya yang habis padahal masih ada kuota buat masuk aplikasi ini untuk membeli paket baru. i thought it's an error but after it happen to many times, i can't tolerate it. the price of the package is getting pricey and the app lagging.
