language is set to English in XL app, but every text I receive about a promo is in Indonesia, the add screens on the app are indonesian... I cant understand any of it, so the advertisement is a waste of time for me to look at. Maybe advertise to me in English and I can see what you're constantly sending me text messages for.... Then you reply to me in indonesian... obviously did not understand what I'm talking about. The rating stays 1 star

Terrible, it keeps crashing and crashing again. Navigating through the app is pretty hard, because it keeps lagging. And myxl suddenly logged out by itself, I tried to register but you have to input puk. it's very unnecessary, and I tried paying but it doesn't give me the product. it doesn't even show most of the stuff when you buy a package. And it keeps signalling that the package is almost gone, even when there's still a lot. and it keeps spamming unnecessary notifications.

Crashing issues persist since mid 2023 it seems, based on some reviews. And yet nothing has changed. Crashes happen mostly when users want to redeem bonus. Reporting to multiple lines doesnt seem to help at all. Doesnt seem to make them eager to fix the issues. What's wrong with XL managements, really?
