Many features are still not accessible or empty, and mostly relatively slow in loading menus. Last month, the first time I used the app, it was completely unusable, many menus didn't load, especially the billing menu. I couldn't see and pay my bill, and got penalized with late charge fee for the next billing period. Thanks so much for that.

Wanted to troubleshoot my internet problem, but it won't let me create ticket (showing an error). When I tried to use the Call Center feature, it says it needs to be updated to the latest update first..but it's already in the most recent update. There is literally no update button on the Play Store, but the app keeps on telling me to Leave to Dashboard, or Update. It won't let me get past that part to even access the Call Center feature.

Can't seem to do a purchase here, the app constantly shown a notice that said the app hasn't been updated. Which is weird because all of my apps are updated automatically, I tried to delete the data storage and cache, and re-install the app but the they didn't fix the problem. I just want to buy my internet package, pls help
