The application didn't work. it says your mobile number is not registered, and when I try to register it , I get an error "this number is already registered" !! I opened a ticket and they called me while I was in the middle of a busienss meeting. When I told the girl from support team I can't do it now coz I am in a meeting, she simply closed the ticker as "issue resolved" ! I am going to uninstall it IMMEDIATELY

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. This app is practically useless, and the customer support is almost nonexistent. I purchased a SIM card/phone number, and even after 12 hours, it still hasn't been activated. The app provides no meaningful updates or assistance, and getting support is nearly impossible. Very disappointing experience.

extremely frustrating. I'm outside the kingdom and have been trying to recharge my line through the app for 2 days with no success. the app is irresponsive and freezes when I want to add my card and payment details. Zain should be much better than this
