this app keeps lagging and once you open the app it stays loading for about at least 2 minutes and also most of the time when I open the app it makes me to login again and the second when I write the info it asked for it tells me that a problem has occurred and we can't sign you in right now please try later and it takes so much time to let you in again. but when it work it's a good way for recharging etc... i hope these problems will be fixed as soon as possible.

Amazing service from Zain… if your goal is to never get anything done. Approved my fiber renewal over the phone, and somehow that still wasn’t enough. Apparently, employees can block your renewal from service centers for no clear reason. Even better—no callbacks, no follow-up, just silence. If ignoring customers was a service, this would be 5 stars.

The app has potential, but it's currently held back by frequent crashes and slow loading times. I've also noticed some bugs in the latest update. I hope the developers address these performance issues soon to make it usable again
